The Saint Vincent Girls’ High School’s 2018 Harvest was one with a difference.

On Friday, 12th October, the Fourth Form students were given a taste of yester year, when they were asked to prepare meals using one of the traditional methods used for cooking - coal pot and coals.  The meals prepared had to include breadfruit, and a choice of meat from codfish, smoke herring, lobster and blackfish.

Four Science emerged the winners with their Breadfruit Balls, Blackfish, Avocado and Tomato Sauce, Boiled Plantain and Sorrel Beer.
