In commemoration of the school’s 107th Anniversary, the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Girls’ High School held its second spin of the ‘GHS Fashion Showcase’ on June 26th, 2018, at the school compound.

Parents, practitioners and institutions in the Early Childhood sub-sector, was acknowledged for their contributions in the sector, by the Early Childhood Department in the Ministry of Education, National Reconciliation, Ecclesiastical Affairs, and Information.

The final examination of the Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA) concluded on Friday, May 18th, 2018. Of the 1846 students registered, 1837 wrote the final examination.

The Ministry of Education expressed congratulations to all students and extends gratitude to the Headteachers, teachers and staff at all schools for their support of the students, as they released the results for the 2018 Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA).

The Regional Integration and Diaspora Unit (RIDU) facilitated the distribution of two printers donated by the Toronto SVG Support Group to schools on mainland Saint Vincent. The Georgetown and Layou Government schools are the recipients of these printers.
