Grievances can be submitted via the following channels:

- WhatsApp: A complainant may submit a completed and signed PDF version of a complaint via WhatsApp messaging (+1(784)593-5868).

In the interest of confidentiality, this email address will be accessed solely by the E&S Specialist, Project Manager to the EPIU and the Administrative Secretary.
- Letter to Grievance focal point at the EPIU: Stakeholders may submit completed grievance forms via the post. Envelopes should be addressed to:
