Candidature for the 2012 UNESCO L’OREAL
Fellowships for Young Women in Life Sciences 2012



The UNESCO L’OREAL International Fellowship 2012, for Young Women in Life Sciences is inviting applicants within the specified framework to apply for one of fifteen (15) fellowships offered to assist in the carrying out of research in life sciences. Each scholarship amounts to approximately US $40,000.00.



The fellowships will be granted in 2012 and should commence between 1st March, 2012 and 1st March, 2013. Candidates who wish to apply for a fellowship can obtain the application form at www.unesco.org/en/fellowships/loreal. or at the National Commission for UNESCO, Ministry of Education.



The number of fellowships offered by UNESCO are limited therefore, only candidates with the necessary qualifications, who demonstrate outstanding intellectual qualities, imagination and personal commitment, will have a chance to be selected.



All applications and supporting documents should reach UNESCO’s office no later than 30th May, 2011.
