Students of primary, secondary, and technical institutions across the country will continue to learn online for the next two (2) weeks.

Pending favourable conditions, the Ministry of Education will institute the blended learning approach from Monday, 1st November, a deferral from Monday, 18th October, , due to the current COVID-19 situation.

As teaching and learning continues under the prevailing circumstances, the Ministry of Education has disseminated its Continuity of Learning Guide to help direct the paths of educators, as well as students and their caregivers.  It cumulates pertinent information related to the phased approach for the return to school, guidelines for remote/virtual learning (inclusive of the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders), as well as arrangements and instructions for onsite engagement.

The Ministry reminds all stakeholders that education is a shared commitment and urges all to continue to work harmoniously to combat the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
