The mission of the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) is to provide essential, secure, timely, innovative and cost-effective ICT solutions, services and support to all sectors of Government, thus enabling them to achieve their respective objectives.
Vision Statement
The ICT agency of Government functioning with a fully equipped, dedicated, skilled and competent body of ICT professionals, delivering and maintaining state-of-the-art ICT infrastructure and value-added services.
The core work of the ITSD is being done through the four (4) Units:
- Administration & Compliance: responsible for the continuous administrative operations of the Division
- EGovernment: responsible for software development, implementation and maintenance, technical support, and maintenance of the government’s website
- Network Systems and Services: responsibilities include network administration, security management, and service support
- IT Maintenance: responsibilities include maintaining, repairing, installing, and optimizing the government’s IT infrastructure and assets.
